Find out what they want and you should be able to show them how your product, service, or opportunity can help them get what they want. Do not tell them that John Doe in your company makes 100,000 dollars a month with his

Listen to the prospect, if a young mother is saying I need to spend more time with my children. Show her how your opportunity can make that happen for her. Focus on the prospects needs, and show them how you can solve their problems. If you know the why, not only can you recruit the person now, but you can help the person stay focused on his or her dream.
Helping other network marketers does not mean listening to self-pity all day, about how the business is not going well. Helping is letting your team member have a two-minute pity party and then back to work, with new ideas, reviewing the seasoned ideas and methods. It also includes reminding him or her of his or her goals.
Top network marketing achievers help their team members by helping them learn what they need to know to make their businesses grow by helping them stay focused on the reason they started their home based business. Always be up lifting and encouraging, and never put a team member down.

When one recruits an individual, one is to teach ones new recruit how to work his or her new home based business. All team members need attention in one way or another.
Many people are looking for a solution to a problem. Some of these problems will be solved by your product or service, and some your business opportunity will solve. Listen to you prospects and help them solve their problems. Then you will get what you want.
